L’équipe Early Careers conçoit et met en œuvre des programmes mondiaux visant à engager, recruter et embaucher des étudiants ainsi que des talents en début de carrière. En étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires d’embauche et les leaders, l’équipe gère le recrutement et la programmation des talents émergents, en créant des expériences inclusives et de grande qualité qui favorisent le développement des talents de demain et soutiennent les besoins à long terme de l’entreprise.
À titre de Recruteur(trice) principal(e) au sein de l’équipe Early Careers, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les stages et programmes coop au Canada, pour des postes techniques, en design de jeux et en art. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les gestionnaires d’embauche, les leaders d’affaires et les RH afin d’orienter les décisions d’embauche, de gérer les opérations de recrutement et d’offrir une expérience candidat positive à grande échelle. En plus de l’exécution, vous utiliserez les données et les analyses pour influencer l’amélioration des processus et soutenir le succès à long terme des programmes de début de carrière. Ce poste exige de solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes, de l’adaptabilité ainsi que la capacité de concilier réflexion stratégique et rigueur opérationnelle dans un environnement en constante évolution.
Télétravail : Ce poste devrait débuter et se poursuivre en mode télétravail, basé au Canada (province de Québec préférée).

The Early Careers team builds and delivers global programs that engage, recruit, and hire students and early-in-career talent. Partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders, the team manages early career recruiting and programming, creating inclusive, high-quality experiences that develop future talent and support long-term business needs.
As a Senior Recruiter on the Early Careers team, you will own the end-to-end internship and co-op recruiting process for Canada based technical, game design, and art roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to guide hiring decisions, manage recruiting operations, and deliver a positive candidate experience at scale. In addition to execution, you will use data and insight to influence process improvements and support the long-term success of early career programs. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, adaptability, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.
Remote: This role is expected to begin and continue as a remote position based in Canada (Quebec Province preferred)
