SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, Addiction Services, the Supervisor, Nursing-Addiction Services will get their team up and running efficiently by providing outstanding oversight, direction, and leadership of the Addition Services team, while concurrently ensuring appropriate services and excellent care are received for patients suffering with opioid disorder. They will be successful in this role by actively participating as a member of a patient-focused interdisciplinary care team and will manage the practice and delivery of nursing care by establishing clinical direction, providing clinical supervision, and maintaining quality outcomes. They will collaborate and assists the Manager, Addiction Services in all aspects of development and personnel management.
